This premier Tea Room is in the gracious atmosphere of the original parlors of Swan House. While antique sideboards and crystal chandeliers set the stage; floor-length tablecloths, fine linens, vintage silverware, and lovely china complete the Victorian setting. The elegant dining room adds the ambiance for creating wonderful memories. Join us for Proper Tea to celebrate special occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, bridal and baby showers, and wedding receptions. Come, also, to celebrate a friendship or just have tea for one!

Be transported to an European courtyard when entering our smaller, more informal, dining room. The exposed brick walls, antique leaded glass window, and courtyard mural create the perfect setting for hosting a children's tea party, a birthday party, bridesmaids' luncheon, or just a more intimate tea time. Join us for your respite!

Swan House now offers two dining experiences:

The elegant Proper Tea offers an array of delicacies including warm scones, fresh fruit, tea breads, muffins, finger sandwiches, savories and sweets. Delightful teas from around the world accompany the Proper Tea. The menu changes monthly to complement the season.

The more casual Cream Tea offers our signature Swan House scones served with accompanying condiments of lemon curd, Devonshire cream, and fruit jam. Your choice of a premium hot tea is also included.
